Stony Plain Rotary Park

One of the coolest playgrounds in one of the prettiest little parks around! We finally had the chance to check out Stony Plain Rotary Park! The playground is exceptional – first of all, it has a DOUBLE ZIPLINE! (One platform and one accessible chair) It also has a bigger structure and a toddler park, each with a variety of climbers, slides, obstacles and more. The turning globe climber was a big highlight for our group! This playground also features a Liberty Swing wheelchair swing.

The natural features at this playground are a great touch! There are a lot of wooden stumps for hopping! We also found the coolest little shrub tunnel, and a little teepee hidden in the trees.

This playground is based entirely in rubber, there are lots of benches and picnic tables, plus a covered picnic shelter, nearby. The Visitor Information Centre has bathroom facilities too! Find Stony Plain Rotary Park at 4815-44 Avenue in Stony Plain, Alberta.
