Rundle Park
It’s one of our city’s most beautiful parks – Rundle Park offers year round fun in forms of skating, sledding, skiing, cycling, tennis, golf, disc golf, and so much more! Bonus – it has two great playgrounds!
Each playground offers a small main play space, plus there are swings (regular and saucer), slides, spring riders, a climbing wall, a rope merry go round and more. We love the Ranger Stations, with their pretend stoves and lookout telescopes. Playground spaces are based in wood chips and there are tons of benches and picnic tables throughout the park.
There is a small dirt bike trail located between the two playgrounds. This playground also sits on the city’s larger multi-use trail system, making it a great place for cycling. In the winter, Rundle is a great location for sledding, and there is usually extensive skating ice too!
