Rocketship Park

It’s one of the most unique, outstanding and FUN playgrounds in our city. The rebuilt Rocketship Park in Inglewood is incredible. The giant, tri-coloured rocket steals the show of course – but a closer look reveals that a lot of thought and planning went into making this park a place kids would want to stay for hours.

The dome climber is one of the coolest climbing pieces we’ve found. The toddler area is exceptional, and on point, with a lunar rover, a pile of moon rocks and the cutest astronaut/alien cutout sign. There’s even a little nostalgia, with the original red rocket still sitting in its historic spot!

This playground has 3 slides, a variety of climbers, monkey bars, spinners and sliders, plus swings. (2 standard, 1 accessible and one parent/baby generation swing.) The entire playground is based in rubber. It also sits right along an excellent sledding hill!
