Prince Rupert Playground

This dome climber just takes the cake at the long-awaited new Prince Rupert Playground! It’s a maze of rope with intersecting strands of ultra-thick rope – and it’s a ton of fun!

The playground also includes a main structure with two slides and a variety of climbers, a ladybug bouncer, an adorable dragonfly teeter-totter and swings. (4 standard, 1 baby, 1 accessible and 1 parent/baby expression swing) The park is based in wood chips and there is a separate sand pit. (Hint: dig into the sand to find something dino-riffic!) There’s also an exceptional adult workout area with about 6 pieces of exercise equipment.

The new Prince Rupert playground is not located at the community league – find it on Tower Road and 113 Avenue in the Prince Rupert neighbourhood of Edmonton.
