Awesome community grant alert! Sandbox Mutual Insurance is spreading the word about their Communities at Play program!
Five deserving communities in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba will each win a $25,000 grant toward their playground project to be completed in 2026! Sandbox wants to help make dreams come true – whether you’re building a brand-new playground or upgrading your existing park!
But wait, there’s more! This year the public will get a chance to vote for one of the playgrounds! Your vote could help your community park receive a $25,000 grant!
Applications are open until April 1, 2026. You can also sign up for email notifications so that you know when voting opens!
