Mount Pleasant Park
Red, yellow and blue; slides, monkey bars and climbers; and good, old-fashioned fun. Mount Pleasant Park is an older-but-still-awesome that the girls enjoyed for it’s obstacle race qualities. They made up different pathways that each person had to take through the park and I was assigned the job of timekeeper. I’m a huge believer that there are no bad parks, and that kids will always find fun no matter the situation, and this playground is another example of that. This playground is based in sand, with a ramped main structure and a large swing set with 6 standard swings, and a separate swing set with 2 baby swings.
