Mills Haven School
This one is for the obstacle course fans! We love the layout of the playground at Mills Haven School in Sherwood Park!
The obstacle course arrangement offers a great challenge, with a variety of rope climbers, monkey bars and rings, balance and agility equipment and more! There are 4 slides, tons of swings (11 standard and 1 accessible) and the cutest little ice cream stand! There is a stand-alone pentagon rope climber in one corner, and in the field below the new playground there is also a couple of pieces remaining from the old playground – a tall rope merry-go-round and a unique layered climber. This playground is based in sand. It also has an extensive asphalt tarmac that would be great for bikes, scooters and skateboards, plus a big basketball court behind the school.
