Legacy Park Playground
The girls and I absolutely love cycling the trails in Fort Saskatchewan for a change of pace sometimes. There are great playgrounds, great natural areas, and one of our very favourite ice cream stops! The natural playground in Legacy Park has added to our enjoyment!
This natural playground features a variety of wooden features and pieces were adding to a small grove of trees that already held a tree fort. The exciting new additions include:
-Log balance beam section
-Giant rope tightrope
-Saucer Swing
-Hollow rope for climbing or tunneling
-Musical features
-Benches with sheep carved into them!
This small but awesome play area is based in wood chips. It’s located to the northwest of Miller’s Ice Cream, and Northwest of the Old Fort in Legacy Park.
