Laurier Heights School
Walk past the toddler park, past the ‘big kid’ park, even past the big wooden climbing wall and you’ll find our favourite feature at Laurier Heights School playground – the four hanging tires! We spent at least 95% of our park time swinging on, climbing through and generally just hanging out on the tires!
The rest of the playground is an older obstacle course-style park – one girl loved the unusual square monkey bars, while the other thought the super tall climbing wall was the top feature. There’s a tiny toddler park, a couple of spring riders, and a four-kid teeter-totter. There are no swings at this sand-based playground, but a few benches sit on the sidelines.
