Kinglet Gardens Playground
Colour me happy to play at the outstanding Kinglet Gardens Playground! This fun neighbourhood playground in the far west end has a lot of features to love! It’s comprised of a series of unique climbers and a big slide that surround a rainbow “stained glass” star. The bigger part of the playground also features a teeter-totter, an umbrella spinner (with rainbow suncatcher topper!), a tilting marble vortex, and musical equipment including xylophone flowers!
The community’s paved trail runs through the area, dividing the playground, and on the smaller side of the playground you’ll find swings (2 standard, 2 baby and 1 accessible), a tall rope merry-go-round, a spinning pole with rainbow suncatcher topper and more musical equipment in the form of drums. The playground is based in woodchips.
