Kensington Park
It’s a truly impressive and massive wooden playground – and one of the few classics still left in our city. Kensington Park is absolutely gorgeous.
The huge wooden structures start with a ship, and expand to a second playspace. There’s a vast toddler area that has a couple of smaller wooden buildings. The toddler park also features a dinosaur, a couple of bouncers, a digger and the coolest spinner built for two!
This playground has swings (2 standard and 2 baby) and a lovely little spray park. The playground is based in sand with plenty of benches and picnic tables, plus an extensive green space just beyond the playground.
