Glendale Park
The school may be closed, but its playground remains! This is Glendale Park at the old site of Glendale School. It’s a great park for adventure and imagination – there’s an airplane, a train, a ship and an off-roader! There are a variety of slides, a couple of standard swings, and plenty of climbers and monkey bar variations. The park is based in sand and there’s also a large green space/sports field adjacent. A plaque at the site notes that this is the Karen Graf Memorial Playground.
