Gilmore Park
Rustic, tucked away and totally unique – we love “digger park”, a.k.a. Gilmore park in Sherwood Park! The toddler area has a small structure with two slides and climbers, but the start of the show is the green digging shovel! The big kid park is unique – it has two towers, each with a climber and a slide, but it’s the funnel shaped rope net between the two that stands out to me!
There are seat spinners and a couple of spring riders, plus monkey bars and swings (2 standard, 2 baby and 2 saucer) Both playgrounds are based in sand and there is a covered picnic shelter, plus a lovely green space for play.
