Forest Heights School
If playgrounds had a fun volume, the one at Forest Heights School would be turned up to max! This playground contains so many fun features all in one space! We had a great time playing at this new playground (September 2023) and it will definitely be high on our return list!
The main structure boasts three gorgeous, colourful slides, with an excellent array of equipment leading to them in all directions. extending from the main structure and out to the amazing Grand Strand climber is an outstanding obstacle course.
Like accessory features? You’ve come to the right place! This playground has, in no particular order, a dish spinner, a climbing bell tower, a bouncing surfboard, TWO Diggers, a run-on wheel, a tall rope merry go round, spinners and MORE! There are swings – 8 standard. The playground is based in wood chips, but there is a section of rubber leading to the main structure, and a small sand pit that is home to the diggers.
One of the beautiful things about Forest Heights is that it is an established neighbourhood and the schoolyard is full of mature trees for shade! There are plenty of benches and picnic tables too!
