Red Deer’s Discovery Canyon
Looking for an iconic summer experience in Alberta? Float the day away at the lazy river at Red Deer’s Discovery Canyon! This unique recreation area features a lazy river that opens into a small water play area with a beach.
Visitors can pay $7 for a wrist band which offers access to the tubes that are on site. Another option is to bring your own tube and enjoy the amenities for free! (The tube must meet specific size requirements – between 30-50 inches round – and must have a centre hole. Find more information on the tube regulations HERE.)
