Clareview Inclusive Playground

Clareivew Inclusive Playground, Edmonton’s Jump Start Playground, located just outside Clareview Rec Centre, is an absolute must-visit! Here’s why:

-It’s Edmonton’s largest inclusive play space! There are double-wide ramps through the main structure, an accessible sway fun rocker, and one of the few ground-level merry-go-rounds in Edmonton!
-There are photo-ops, finger games and accessories at a variety of levels so they can be enjoyed by all.
-The music zone features a drum section, a xylophone and hanging chimes!
-This toddler area has a moon dome, mini teeter-totter, and wave merry-go-round! It also has the cutest little structure with a tunnel slide and a Toy Car Racetrack! (or marble track)
-Climbers, monkey bars and slides – including a rare Roller Slide!!!
-Allll the swings! 2 standard, 2 baby, 2 accessible swings, 1 saucer and one friendship 2-person swing.

This playground has rubber base throughout, with ample benches and picnic tables, including covered tables. Washrooms are available inside the rec centre building. There’s also a hill across the field that is perfect for sledding in winter!
