Bisset School
Tucked away in a lovely south Edmonton neighbourhood is possibly one of the most well-rounded parks around. Bisset School offers brilliant toddler and big kid spaces set in rubber base. This playground has one of the most popular pieces of inclusive equipment – a gliding rocker that can be accessed using a ramp. There are 4 standard swings, 2 baby swings, 1 saucer swing and 1 of the ultra-popular parent & baby expression swings. There’s also a merry-go-round, an airplane bouncer, oh, and did I mention – A ZIPLINE?!?
This park also offers has a nice shale bike trail with a couple of planks and bridges. It’s based in rubber and there are benches and picnic tables around, including a covered picnic area. This playground is a school playground shared by both Bisset and Mary Hanley Schools.
