1. Aurora Toddler Park
- 1436 Watt Drive SW, Edmonton
- Edmonton’s original playground designed specifically for toddlers, Aurora Playground features a space theme! Equipment is at an appropriate height for little ones, and the entire surface is rubber base. This playground features a small slide, a wave merry-to-round and the cutest little obstacle course area.

2. Blatchford Tomato Park
- Blatchford Road, Edmonton
- What could be cuter than littles toddling around a garden of giant tomatoes and flowers! This playground features three giant tomatoes, two of which have slides, as well as bouncy leaves, climbable vines and event little flower pots for photo ops!

3. Eaux Claires Playground
- 16003 – 95 Street, Edmonton
- The city park! This playground features a fire truck, police station, market, bank and even jail! Bring bikes or trikes for the little ring round that surrounds the toddler park!

4. Rotary Playscape
- 221 Jennifer Heil Way, Spruce Grove, Alberta
- One of the few playgrounds in our area that is entirely fenced, the Rotary Playscape in Spruce Grove is safe AND fun! The toddler area is expansive, with a stage, music area, spring rider section, and a climbing “treehouse” with slide!

5. Clareview Inclusive Playground
- 3804 – 139 Avenue, Edmonton
- Another massive playground that offers a huge selection for toddlers! Clareview Inclusive Playground has rubber-base throughout, double wide ramps, and unique features like an in-ground merry-go-round. The toddler area has a moon climber, mini-teeter-totter, and a climber/slide structure that also has a little car ramp for toy cars!

6. Callaghan Playground
- 1385 Cunningham Drive SW, Edmonton
- It’s easy being green at this gem of a playground! This park features two parent/baby swings (as well as two tandem standard swings!), a great toddler area with a wiggly structure that can be a climber or a slide for little ones, and rubber surface throughout. Coming in summer 2023 is the brand new spray park!

7. Rosenthal Park
- 222 Street and Rosenthal Blvd, Edmonton
- The cutest train, plus spring-riders, a main structure with a smaller climber and slide, and a lovely little spray park are all reasons why the brightly-coloured Rosenthal Park makes our list. Bonus, there is usually a porta-potty on site in the warm months.

8. Bonnie Doon Park
- 9240 – 93 Street
- Ride on one spring-mounted dinosaur then climb up the tail of another to get the dual toddler slides at Bonnie Doon Park. This playground also has a cool nature area where users can learn about ants, and pretend to be them, crawling through hollow structures.

9. Lendrum Playground
- 11335 – 57 Avenue, Edmonton
- Edmonton’s original Bee park! We love the bee theme that carries through the toddler area. You can play on the giant bee in the small sand pit, climb bee holds up the hollow log, or hide in honeycomb!

10. Cloverdale Playground
- 9411 – 97 Avenue, Edmonton
- A bit of a sentimental choice for me. My girls loved the toddler park at Cloverdale when they were little. The toddler structure is multi-leveled with smaller climbers, slides and finger games on all facets of the structure. We always pair this playground with a visit to Muttart Conservatory!
