Ben Calf Robe/St Clare School

The new Edmonton Playground at Ben Calf Robe/St Clare School is going to make a lot of kids VERY happy! First of all, it’s an accessible playground, with rubber base throughout the playing surface. Other accessible features here include music and sensory features set at lower levels, deep bucket spinners and a tall rope cone spinner merry-go-round with a platform that is at wheelchair transfer height.

The main structure is a unique tiered design, with fun panel elements at different levels, unique rope climbers and great slides! My daughter loved all the different climbers and had a blast “surfing” on the low swings.

This playground sits in a fenced school yard with plenty of green space around it. At the time of our visit there were no picnic tables or benches, and there are no trees in close proximity to the playground.
