Bellerose Natural Playground

Bellerose Natural Playground is a small but excellent addition to the Bellerose Dog Park and the St. Albert Trail System! The playground is located off Bellerose Drive near the St. Alberta River Walk trail and the Bellerose Dog Park.

The playground is toddler-friendly, with a small main structure that includes climbers, a balance bridge and a slide. There is a log pile climbing area as well as a small rock “cave”. My kids loved the saucer swing. An adorable tiny toddler picnic table is on-site, as is a larger picnic table with shade.

The playground is based in pour-in-place rubber and some wood chips. There is no shade on the playground, aside from the overhang at the picnic table. There is a porta-potty near the parking lot.
