Ottewell Playground
Truly a city gem – Ottewell playground, set outside Ottewell Community League, is a lovely playground, spray park and more!
The playground is spread out, with two bigger structures and a toddler structure. There are slides, climbers and monkey bars – plus extras, like a hanging arm slider, a climbing evergreen tree, a giant boulder, a tall rope merry-go-round, and a sand play table. There are swings – 4 standard, 2 saucer and 2 baby. The playground is based in rubber and sand. The spray park is based in rubber and includes tipping buckets, leaf misters and ground sprayers. There’s a covered picnic shelter, a water fountain, a porta potty (at least in summer) and a great hill for sledding in winter.
