Laser City Edmonton

Laser Tag! Mini Paintball! Arcade games galore! My kiddos and their friends were so pumped for this experience at Laser City Edmonton!
The venue is packed with options – and super-friendly staff, so if you aren’t sure where to start, they’ll give you a hand. You can drop in for a game of laser tag, (though advance bookings are recommended during busy times like weekeneds) or do as we did and book a party!

Anyone ages 6 and up can play Laser Tag – but all players must be 42 inches tall. Players watch a brief video and their course marshall goes over equipment and safety rules. Then it’s time to get an LED vest and a phaser and head into the play area! Teams glow in two colours so that players know which opponents to target and which are on their side!

After the game, each player gets a scorecard with their statistics! It’s a fun way to keep the competitive juices flowing!
Party time!
This venue has a huge and well-spread-out party area. There are long tables with cubbies at each end so people can store their belongings.
Laser City makes the party experience ultra-easy! When we arrived, I ordered pizza from their pizza provider, Panago. The offerings are limited to just a few topping options, but they were perfect for our group. We also got our choice of pops that were provided for the table. Plates, cups, cutlery and napkins are all provided! Fridge or freezer storage is available if you’re bringing other items.

After two games of laser tag, our group was hungry, so they refueled with pizza, snacks and cake. We didn’t even have to worry about goody bags as the kids each got a tub of cotton candy and a coupon for a FREE game on a return visit! (Cotton Candy is a $3.99 per person option that can be added to your party experience.)

Games Galore!
Special pricing on arcade game cards is also offered for parties! There are a lot of arcade games spread throughout the party area and our kids had a blast playing everything from Space Blasters to claw games! Some won prizes from the machines – and at the end of the day, our arcade card racked up a bunch of points, which the kids used to choose other treasures from the redemption area!

Laser City also has Mini Paintball – a smaller paintball course designed just for kids aged 8 to 12! These paintball guns are low-powered and shoot smaller paintballs, offering a better experience for kids in this age group.

Shout out to the team:
One final note – I want to give a shout-out to the great staff at Laser City! They were super-patient with our VERY excited group of kids and worked hard to make sure we had a great experience during our party!
