Alces Playground

It’s an exciting new addition to the city’s southeast! The new Alces Playground in the Alces neighbourhood is a stunner, with a tall tower that can be seen from afar!

The playground is packed with features and accessories that kids will love. Not one but TWO sets of rope climbers lead to the peak of the tall tower. 5 slides are featured throughout the playground, including one built into the hill. We enjoyed monkey bars, bridges, balance beams and hopping stools.

There is a separate section of the playground that features a log pile climber. Accessory features at this playground include swings (2 standard, 2 baby and 1 Parent and Baby Konnection swing), a spinner and the cutest little spring riders. The playground is based in a mix of woodchips and ultra-squishy rubber.

In addition to the new playground, there is a lovely greenspace, a rolling bike trail and a basketball court. There are deck chairs for guests to relax in too!
